Titles – and Their Role in the Workplace

Traditionally, job titles indicate the rank of a given employee within a specific organizational structure. They can signify authority and responsibilities and can play a significant role in quickly communicating to clients as well as colleagues.

Titles can speed up communications; much can be conveyed in a short phrase.
